Amy has a background in Animation Production at UTS. She is also a co-Founder of Four-Legged Fish Studios, alongside Tess Chung, Kirra Shay and Fletcher Johnson.

She has co-directed the short film Makes You Stronger (2024). The film an adaptation of Nina Oyama's poem Makes You Stronger and collaboration with Red Room Poetry. Co-directed Stiff Gin's Bear & Bee (2025) Music video. ​​​​​
